Venice Tiki Pad, Poolside Oasis with Private Entry

Strictly animal-free zone (hypo-allergenic or not) due to severe allergies in the family. Any booking with animal will be cancelled.

Retreat to this poolside urban oasis, tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac in West Los Angeles just minutes from the 405 and 10 freeways and a short drive down Venice Boulevard to world-famous Venice Beach and the "Hipster" Abbot-Kinney restaurant/bar/shopping district.

Our master ensuite boasts a fresh, beachy, modern tiki theme interior and plenty of free street parking.

Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

THE SPACE:
Our guest master suite features private entrance, living/bedroom area with a queen sized bed for up to 2 people and a sleeper couch, high-speed wifi, smart TV, pop artwork, and a well-stocked kitchenette includes K-cup Keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, mini fridge with cold water, complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate to get you started. Spacious counter seating. Walk-in rain shower with wide overhead spray.

Extra closet and storage space.

Note: There is a pool pump adjacent that runs in the afternoon from approximately 12:00 - 5:00 pm that can be easily turned off if you desire.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS:
We are on premise with a indoor/outdoor friendly yet curious tuxedo cat and are always available via text. We're happy to provide restaurant and visitor recommendations (please see our Guidebook) .

If you like to learn swing dancing (lessons are available for additional fee), we will be happy to show you some moves and go swing dancing.

Best possible way to see LA

My college-age son and I loved our stay here. The location is amazing, the apartment was quiet, clean, and comfortable, and Barbara and Stephen were wonderful. They gave us recommendations for local and current activities that ended up being the highlights of our trip. The tiki pad will forever be my first-choice place to stay in LA!

The Tiki Pad was everything we needed, it was in a quiet neighborhood and centrally located to areas we were visiting. It’s in a beautiful location and Barbara is a wonderful hostess. We will definitely have to check availability when returning to LA

Tiki Pad perfection!!

For my needs, staying close to family, this clean, quiet, safe studio was just a great home base. It is well stocked, but no frills space is close to many local activities. Barbara was timely with her responses and very helpful. I recommend!!

Stay at the Tiki Pad

A great place to stay for 1-2 people. The hosts are gracious and make sure your stay is perfect. I liked having my own little "house", with a private entrance. Neighborhood is quiet. Parking is plentiful. Great amenities (maybe some homemade chocolate cookies if your timing is right) -- yoga mat & umbrella included.
