This lovely property offers all the comforts you need for a phenomenal stay, including WiFi, AC, a 65" TV in the living room and a 55" TV in the bedroom. A super comfy king size bed. Coffee maker and espresso machine along with a fully stocked kitchen ready to cook anything your heart desires. We also provide a driveway parking spot right in front of the building. This apartment is on the second level of the building (2 stories, 3 units). This apartment is ideal for a couple but we do allow children and have an air mattress that can be set up in the living room. The peaceful ambiance of the apartment will make guests feel right at home. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.

We had a excellent stay at this rental. The apartment was charming and very comfortable. It felt a little bit like a tree house, which we loved. This vacation rental suited our needs perfectly. We appreciated the very well-stocked kitchen and bathroom, the comfortable bed, and the free laundry facilities. Palisades Fire Refugees

We had to unexpectedly seek refuge due to the Palisades Fire, and we are so grateful for this property during such a stressful time. The host was incredibly understanding and accommodating, making sure we felt comfortable and settled during our stay.The home itself is small but very cute and cozy and perfect for a couple. It is well-equipped with everything we needed. It provided a much-needed sense of security while we were displaced.
