We stayed at #428. The room itself was good. It’s the noise coming from the window through the small window was quite bothersome. They need to fix the seals is said window. It’s as if it was open. The pillows, too need replacing.

A strong garbage odor on the first floor, walking to the elevators. But other than that, it was clean. The pool was very cold when I went in but was also clean. Got chilaquiles for breakfast one day and was soggy/didn’t enjoy it much. But the staff was very friendly and welcoming.

I was so pleasantly surprised by my experience at this hotel! The room was super comfy and everything was incredibly clean. The staff even went so far as to coordinate transport for me to and from the Burbank airport which conveniently was super close. I highly recommend this place!

Room was clean and very nice. The outside smelled a little odd and could have been upkept a little better, but I also recognize that outside halls are hard to take care of, and outside smells are hard to defend against. Staff was very nice though, and check in and out was a breeze. They were also very accomodating for my friend’s handicap placard.
