There has been a problem with the room key from check-in. Not being able to open the room door after receiving several new keys has been very upsetting. Since we’re only here one night I have stayed in the room while my wife and Daughter went out so that I could let them back in. This is not the way it should be.

Overall great stay for the price. Location is very accessible and plenty of good food options nearby. Building entrance is not obvious but it’s right across Jack In The Box. Breakfast options are reasonable for continental breakfast. It includes fruit, cereals, pastries, coffee, or breakfast sandwiches to heat up. Definitely would use again for short family trip.

Property exterior was dirty. Entrances confusing. Almost no dining options anywhere reasonably walkable. Room was clean and decently fitted. Nice mattress for a budget offering. Property does not have aotle shuttle despite advertising as such. Seems the property arranged Lyft, which would be fine if they showed up. Our driver went to hotel instead of airport . We arranged our own rides. Will choose a different property next time.
