The customer service is a virtual check in with a person on a screen. My friends checked in first and then when it was my turn she asked what she could help with and then my name and as I was speaking, word were literally flowing out of my mouth, she interrupts me by calling out to another customer that needed help with their room. It was super rude and honestly all she needed to do was wait until I was done and ask me to wait a few minutes to resolve another issue. Not that hard. But instead she interrupted me as I was responding to her question.
The room smelled really weird and musty. Not necessarily like cigarette but it was gross. The air conditioner didn’t work well either. I asked my friend about theirs and they said the air didn’t work well. I couldn’t watch tv because the enter button on the remote didn’t work.
The bed was comfortable and the shower was honestly great. It was a nice shower head and the water pressure was amazing. They also had a coffee/cocoa machine and a sparkling water machine with different flavors and that was my favorite part and the only reason I’m not giving it 1 star.
I got my hotel room at a marked down price so I got what I payed for, but for anyone that is going to pay full price I’d say find somewhere else.
