This is our second time staying here, this visit was very different than our first. It was very disappointing the lack of customers service. Our room was never cleaned and I tried calling front desk the phone didn’t work. We had to re used towels due to our room not being cleaned. Will definitely not be coming back!

This hotel really is a gem. The staff are friendly, the atmosphere is upscale even though its just an airport hotel. The rooms look brand new, with updated amenities and i love that the floors are laminate wood rather than carpet. Im looking for excuses to come back just for this hotel.

The shower floor was VERY slippery. It's likely that someone will fall, hurt themselves, or worse. Add a bath mat! Otherwise, someone will be hurt and sue.

Extremely clean room and property. We got a standard room and the size was perfect. It includes a larger lounge sofa. The room was extremely clean. The lobby area is clean, bright and inviting. The only thing that i didn’t like was how loud it was with the metro and cars that pass by, especially at night. My room faced the road so it was pretty loud. Otherwise, i would definitely stay at this property again. It’s newer and modern. I like the many light switch options, by the bed, the sofa area. It was close within reach so I could simply turn the light on without having to get up which was so convenient. Staff was nice.
