Maintenance: Pool guy and gardener arrive Monday afternoon-if there’s an issue with either accessing the backyard, please notify the host. Dump truck scheduled for Tuesday afternoon.

I’m still shocked that this location is not ranked higher! The pictures do not do it justice! We made last minute spring break plans to go to universal and stumbled upon this listing- it has everything you need and my teen was so happy ( which is really hard to achieve sometimes lol). Theirs golf, corn hole, hot tub, pool, and more! The arcade was a hit! The beds were comfortable and the location was great! Easy drive to universal and all of Hollywood sites. We will definitely be staying here again! The owner was easy to communicate with and was super personable! If I could give more stars I would !
