Property cancelled on us at 0031 the day of our booking. Weren’t able to get other accommodation which meant that we had to cancel our whole trip and lost money for trains and gig tickets

Give this a miss. We didnt end up staying here - they supposedly had "something go wrong" with the booking and said I shouldnt have been able to book it - however, I had called and spoken to them a week before as I had seen a worrying review about them being a scam and people ending up having to find somewhere else to stay. This is what they did to a family of 3 adults and one child - us! I'm in the proceas of trying to get a refund, they're not answering calls from Hotels.com staff! It's a good job we had a credit card to use to get an alternative - otherwise we'd have been sleeping on the street.
