The location is fabulous if you are getting around by subway. The chambermaid did a spotless job in cleaning. The room was adequate for the price. I was not expecting more. The carpet, though, needs a thorough steam cleaning. Breakfast was good but would’ve like oranges available. Thank you

Excellent proximity to all sights with closeness to Paddington and Hyde Park. Great value! It is possible to add breakfast for 6 pounds a person, which was nice. Basic rooms, but lovely staff!

This property is in a perfect location for all near Paddington Station. Yes, the rooms are on the small side however the staff especially Denish make up for space. We walked everywhere and felt safe in doing so. Close to some fabulous restaurants and especially Paddington Station itself. I would highly recommend.

Pleasant stay

The hotel staff were all very friendly. The rooms was clean and well maintained although the bathroom was quite small. Breakfast was continental and ogfwred aome good choices. Parking is very limoted but staff were able to navigate me to a neaeby parkinb location. Transport links were good. A little noisy in the morning as we were near the Breakfast room. Beds were comfortable just no heating adjustments facilities in the room. Overall a pleasant stay.

Hotel che non rispetta quello che ci si aspetta.

Non posso concepire che ci sia stata consegnata la camera con la biancheria del letto di chi ci ha soggiornato prima di noi, la cosa è stata confermata dal personale, per 2 giorni di fila ho dovuto chiedere la cara igienica che mancava nel bagno, sicuramente a causa del fatto che non veniva pulito, evidente dalle macchie sullo specchio e da quelle nel WC, il secondo giorno si sono a detta loro, dimenticati di rifarci la camera, la mouquette presente nella camera non è mai stata aspirata, i serramenti delle finestre cadono a pezzi, in un angolo della reception era chiaramente visibile una trappola per topi. devo ammettere che il personale è stato molto gentile e premuroso questo aspetto non è sicuramente sufficiente per la mancanza totale di pulizia, il tutto per circa 200 euro a notte.
