Nice hotel have stayed at before .. this time went for a room with balcony as a special birthday occasion but not sure I would again, the balcony is very very creaky .. did not feel that safe and the corridors on floor 5 were a bit tatty, also rubbish left in the lift ? Breakfast this time was also a bit average

Lovely hotel. Decorated to a high standard and recently refurbished. Rooms had complimentary water tea, hot chocolate sachets and coffee machine and biscuits. Fridge and safe. The bed was so big and comfy and slept like a log. Beautiful bathroom with double shower and shower gel shampoo and conditioner. Hotel staff were kind, and made our stay enjoyable. Lovely bar and fabulous breakfast with a choice of menu items fresh fruit cereal pastries and unlimited tea and coffee. Would highly recommend this hotel as it is in a really good location and near train stations and landmarks. We will be back again.
