Great place for shopping

Location: right next to Bond Street underground; bang on Bond Street; Oxford Circus underground is about 6mins walk. Rooms: premium room was fairly spacious. Though I was travelling alone, it was good enough for 2 people. There did seem to an issue with the air conditioning. Despite it being set at a low temp. for cooling, the room was constantly hot (like a sauna). Bathroom: same as above Breakfast: typical English breakfast. Special mention to Yilditz. She was very helpful & courteous. Check-In/Check-Out: no issues here. Overall - if you have some shoppping to do, this is the best place to stay. Not to far from the business areas (take the Jubilee line).

Had a lovely time little bit noisy, we was above Disney store, does need side lamp and socket near a mirror to plug hair dryer or straightener in gorgeous hotel we would stay again

There was rubbish in room.from last guest. The curtains were off the runner, the extra bed was not made properly and was at a slant. 1 bottle of water for 3 people. Dust and grime.

Hotel is right next to train station and convenient 8 stops from Heathrow airport. Lots of restaurants and shopping down the street. There is ongoing construction beside the hotel but I was lucky to get a quiet room. Staff was friendly and helpful.

5 stars to the staff at the Radisson blue bond street. Premium room not really worth the money for a 4 start premium room at this hotel...not any city views and not any sofa as shown in the example picture on the website. Bar just a few drinks ...but the staff make the stay lovely. Thank you

We had a premium room which was spacious with a sofa but there was no desk or anywhere with a mirror (other than the bathroom) to sit & do my hair. Also, the coffee pods in the room were non- branded so we didn’t know if there were any decaf pods. When I asked about this at reception, the staff member couldn’t confirm without seeing it herself.

A mixed bag

We enjoyed our visit to London but there were a few niggles with the hotel. The location is great. Close to Bond St tube station & a short walk to Oxford Circus so easy to get places. Staff were pleasant but very understaffed at breakfast leading to long waits for tables, ordees etc. The room was ok but we paid for a premium room and it didnt feel like one. Very uncomfortable mattress, no dressing table or anywhere to sit and get ready, things like biscuits in room werent replaced on second day. The lifts are tiny which wasnt great for me as Im Claustrophobic. We werent offered any upgrade etc for our VIP Access or anything for being Radisson Reward members which was a little disappointing. Overall we enjoyed our London weekend and for location the hotel gets full marks but would we stay again? We shall see
