Location is excellent, close to major attractions and landmarks like the V&A, science museum, natural history museum, royal albert hall. Wi-fi a bit spotty, disconnects on its own and you have to keep logging back in. Fire alarm went off at 2:30am (yup!) and before midnight on a different day. It is a big issue because sleep keeps getting interrupted. Everyone has to evacuate. No management around to address issue and per older reviews this seems to have been an ongoing issue for quite a while.

This hotel was very convenient to mass transit. It is a super nice area near Hyde Park and all the museums.

Entered room to find luggage still there. That was quickly attended to, and the missing key card disabled....however, we never did receive a second key, which was inconvenient. Rooms were clean, bed ok. I could manage without tv, although I do enjoy winding down with it, or catching morning news. The biggest frustration was fire alarms. Apparently if someone has a streamy shower it will set off the alarm. Two nights out of 3. Breakfast was good. Safe area and walkable to tourist areas.

Good location and area. Pretty basic hotel, very limited facilities. The room service was terrible. We had to go to the reception to get towels and even toilet paper. The staff at the reception are helpful and friendly.

This building belongs to Imperial college, breakfast is in campus, lots of choices. We experienced tube strikes...and building alarms are very sensitive, we had 3 times evaluation during a week stay. Will stay here again and refer to friends.

It was very convenient for staying after the proms at the royal Albert hall and was excellent apart from the noise of bedroom doors shutting late and early early.

This is not a great stay for someone who is visiting London for vacation. The site happened to be a college campus that is used for generating extra money. There was no Air Conditioner, Hairdryer, Fridge… I had to exit my room for random alarms that were going off and not explained why. One of those alarms was in a very early morning which disrupted my sleep. The area around the stay is also not the best and pretty far from the center of the city.

This "hotel" is a dorm. The college rents unoccupied dorm rooms when school is not in session. As long as you calibrate your expectations for that, it's a perfectly fine place to stay.
