Had an issue accessing the property since it was a holiday weekend and fri t desk was closed. I was able to call the after hours number and finally got access to the building and the keys. Overall it’s a great location and I felt very safe as a female traveling alone.

The unit was a bit tight for three of us (all adults). Check-in was also somewhat complicated. The washing machine included a built-in dryer, but it did not work very well, so if you plan to wash clothes before packing, be sure to allow enough time for everything to air dry. We also noticed that the floors and even the top comforter on the bed did not appear to be fully cleaned, as there was hair on both the bed and floor. The unit is located in the financial district, so it can get fairly loud early in the morning. Having said that, it was safe and secure and provided an adequate stay for the three nights we were in London.

We would highly recommend this property - it even came with cling wrap, baking paper and tin foil! Having a dishwasher and washing machine with a drying rack meant we could stay on top of our washing, hassle-free. It is in an excellent location, literally a 5-minute walk from tube, and a 7-minute walk to Tower of London and Tower Bridge. It was spacious enough for 4 people ( 2 adults and 2 teenage girls), even with the queen sofa bed pulled out. We would highly recommend this hotel apartment to stay in. Very clean and tidy.

It's our second time staying in this property. The studio was clean and neatly laid out, and it was very convenient to get to Aldgate and Aldgate East tube stations and the bus station. There was also a cleaner who came by and changed our towels and did light cleaning which was very convenient. We had a small issue with our toilet but it was cleared up on the same day. Overall, a very convenient and pleasant stay, though we could have benefitted from knowing what days the cleaner was coming by.

Our room was clean and comfortable, and our child was very happy, saying it was a lovely room! We stayed in January, however the room was always warm, the shower had plenty of hot water, and we never felt cold. If I were to mention just one point for improvement, it would be that water from the shower leaked through the gap between the bathtub and the splash guard panel, causing the bathroom floor to get wet. Each time, the bath mat became soaked. If that issue could be resolved, there would be no other problems at all. Thank you very much.

The location is off a quieter street with quick access to Tower Hill & Aldgate stations. The beds were soft, the kitchen had everything needed; however, we had to deal with a clogged toilet after arrival that wasn’t resolved until the next morning, and a washing machine that soaked our clothes but wouldn’t spin. Without a concierge or cleaning crew from Friday afternoon until Monday morning, it was a challenge. We waited a day and a half to get access to another washer/dryer in the building, ours was never repaired and no others were made available. We had packed light because we were planning on doing laundry, so this was frustrating, and made worse by the fact that the owner never responded to multiple messages. The concierge and cleaning crew were very nice, though.

The management wasn't very polite and the check in process was very inconvenient. We had an activity that required help with our luggage before the check-in time, and there was no one at the front desk at arrival. I tried to call management to coordinate but no one picked up. The note at the front desk was vague and did not specify when the receptionist would be back. A really scary experience was seeing our door cracked open when we came back after being gone all day because the room service crew failed to secure it. And worst of all, we had a note stating that the next day, on Saturday, there would be a delivery and installment of a new washer and dryer. There was no room for negotiation and discussion with the management. We found it unacceptable to arrange work in the property while on a vacation. This disrupts your plan for the day and adds a sense of insecurity in case you are outside. The manager assured us that he would be present, but did not even apologize for the inconvenience and hung up abruptly. On the positive side, the property is at a good location, clean, and well equipped.

L'appartement est tres propre et tres bien équipé (surtout dans la cuisine qui comporte tout le necessaire pour cuisiner, machine à laver, lave vaiselle, machine à café, grille pain, micro ondes, four...). La literie est de tres bonne qualité. L'appartement est tres bien situé à 2 pas de London Bridge et proche de plusieurs station de bus et de metro. Malgre cela il est dans une rue tres calme. Ideal pour 4 personnes. Andrew et sa femme sont tres reactifs, la communication est fluide. Nous y retournerons sans hesiter.
