When we arrived, we were told our room was unavailable but we could get into an available room for additional charge. Never had this happen before in all my travels to Europe. In addition, the cold water knob in the shower didn't work on 2 of the 3 nights we stayed. Room was clean and location is good.

Warm and friendly welcome by the team. From the moment we arrived we were given the 5 star treatment - greeted by the concierge who helped us with luggage, and the reception staff who checked us in with a warm glass of mulled cider. The bar staff were super friendly and extremely attentive. And the room was perfect - clean, spacious and comfortable. Many thanks to the Waldorf team

Lovely stay

Room was clean, beds comfortable, we didnt eat there but the food looked nice. Drinks very expensive. Staff absolutely fantastic, they made our stay.
