Pros- The hotel was clean and location was great. It was quiet in the room. A few things that let it down- tried to call reception multiple times no one answered. Heating wouldnt work so room was cold and water was warm but not hot.

Room and bathroom were dirty, while room was not even ready at check in time of 3 pm. Towel in bathroom was dirty, shower had mold and a blue stain on tile, walls and door frames were missing chunks. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with stay. Room was tiny!! Not like what is in website. Room even said it came with robes and slippers and both were nonexistent.

Very nice hotel close to Tower of London . Nice amenities, very courteous staff. My room was small in size but it accommodated 2 of us well. Liked small gestures in the lobby like hot chocolate, fruits and good drinking water. Underground stop 2 minutes away.

The breakfast was incredible. Some lovely touches in the lobby with mulled wine, fruit and hot choc offered during our stay. The room (3rd floor) was ok, but was a little tired. However we were only there to sleep so didn’t bother us.

Fantastic hotel. Staff were amazing. Extremely welcoming, wife and kids loved it from the very first minute. They gave little goody bags and sweets to them, and left a wonderful card as it was our 10 year anniversary, along with a lovely cheesecake. Room was very peaceful and spacious. Breakfast was quality. Arnel was high fiving the kids and joking around with them. Any little issues were dealt with promptly. One minute to underground station and wonderful views of the tower bridge

My friends and I wanted to have our 23rd reunion in London and we couldn’t pick a better place . The Lobby area is large, beautiful and the water availability is certainly a nice touch Breakfast area is large , clean and staff is so amazing .. Arnel is always cheerful , and happy . Food is great . Cleaning staff amazing … our room is a wreck with 2 adults and 2 children but somehow they always managed to clean it and make it better.

Wow I have stayed in many hotels in London and for me this one I’ll be returning! Amazing check in thanks to Fenia or Felia I think! You were amazing and looked after me. The room size was perfect and the beds were very comfy. My only gripe would be shower looks a bit dated but that’s me being very very picky! Location is also great 30 second walk from Tower Hill or Aldgate thank you for a perfect stay and the breakfast was also best I’ve had! Will be returning 100% I never leave reviews but felt like I had too

Unfortunately our stay was mediocre at best. We arrived to check in and the hotel staff who checked us in were rude and extremely unfriendly. Then we had requested a bottle of champagne and chocolates to be in the room for arrival, it was not and so had to find out why. However when it was sent up we got sweets and not chocolate. The hotel room we stayed in was in desperate need of maintenance and we reported two major faults within the bathroom… nothing was done and no communication was given after we reported it. Unfortunately we will probably not stay here again. On the positive side the drinks we had in the Leo Bar were excellent and the serving staff on duty where friendly and helpful.

Arrived with all computer systems down (not their fault) but had to join a long queue with no clear communication. They had no idea if any rooms were ready, even after 3pm! We finally got a room in a quiet area - next to a lift which we heard every 5 minutes! Overall room experience!

The pool and hot rooms very were good but the area around the pool is lacking a bit in places to sit or put a towel etc.. The 3pm check-in and 11am checkout times are not great.
