Overall good stay with lots of dining options and market within walking distance. Aldgate East station is just across the street which is super convenient to get around London on the Tube. The only drawback is the bed and sofa in the unit. Both mattress and sofa seats are worn and sagged. Not comfortable at all and wake up everyday with a sore back.

The employees at the front desk were not attentive or responsive. At times they never even looked up to greet and when we did contact them because of a broken kettle it didn’t get replaced until our third request Would have preferred self serve checkin and ability to make requests online as they offered no added value being at a desk
