Very interesting experience. Booking through Expedia I selected the “pay at business” option, however, two days before my arrival my credit card was charged. A completely “unauthorized” transaction as I selected to pay upon arrival or check-out…bear in mind also i am still within the timeframe to cancel if I wish. When I got to the hotel I inquired on this pre-paid charge and they indeed confirmed it and said it’s something they just do. Not very helpful but hey I was planning to stay there anyway and they charged the card I would have used anyway - but it’s the story and moral of the situation…technically this is illegal and an unauthorized charge to my card, as upon booking i specifically selected “pay at business”. On top of this, the silverware and coffee spoons in the room were sticky and unclean, which i found disgusting. The cleaning crew obviously did a rush job and didn’t check the storage cupboard/case for used cups and spoons. Location was pretty convenient. 5-7 minute bus ride from LHR, and close to the nearest tube station which gets you into main London in 40-60 mins.

The room had a loud rumbling from something mechanical running. TV had only a few local channels, no streaming services like Netflix, and the guide, menu buttons on remote did not bring anything up. The pillows on the bed were hard, nice bathroom with large shower. No lotion was provided.

They had a decent restaurant that serves food all day/night and the food is quite good. The rooms are clean and quite good for the price. My only complain is the toughness of the bed and pillows… feels like laying on concrete. Staff is friendly and helpful!

Chosen hotel as close to Heathrow airport. Didnt have breakfast & arrived late in the evening. So literally just a bed for the night. Free coffee available 24hrs aswell as a kettle in your room. Overall just the few hours a stayed i would choose this hotel again.

For the courtesy and friendliness of most of the staff we encountered, I wish that I could give this hotel a higher rating. Another plus was the hot beverage machine just at the front of the restaurant where we could push a button and get a hot chocolate or cappuccino, etc., at any time. We were happy that there was an in-house restaurant, which was one of our criteria in searching for a place to stay. However, while the food was hot and edible, it was too bland to be enjoyable. Overall, this hotel was fine and convenient for a one-night stay. The bed and bathroom seemed clean and comfortable but we'd like to suggest that it's time to get rid of the awful carpet in the rooms.

Although this is a 3 star hotel, the standard of hygiene and cleanliness is excellent. The room, although small, was functional and spotless. The bathroom and shower were super clean and tidy, no issues at all. Would stay again for an overnight stay.

The duvet was incredibly thin and only just fit the bed so we both weren't warm enough. That on its own takes it down to 2* from 3*. Otherwise, everything was perfectly fine for the cost and the purpose of staying there.
