Nice girl at reception didn’t make up for hard worn carpet , a safe door in bedside table that remained open and made it hard to get up safely. Pillows were hard and uncomfortably high. Mattress also felt worn A laughable ‘fridge’ - no thermostat, clearly not supposed to be used. Yet they have a monopoly on ‘walk to terminal’ so can get away with charging $500-$790 for cheapest room near Xmas. Total rip off.

Comfy bed. Why must Hilton insist on putting the cheapest of coffees in the room? Nescafé instant! No complimentary water bottles in room 7011. Half decent sound proofing but could hear water running through the pipes from floors above, soft close toilet seat spring made a lot of noise.

We stayed here our first and last nights in UK. Staff was efficient and location is perfect for flights and car rental. A few issues: we arrived on redeye from US so dropped our bags with front desk while we went to London for the day. The staff secured most of the bags in a locked room but left one suitcase and my backpack sitting in the lobby the WHOLE DAY. I trust they watched these items but it would have been a disaster if someone took them. onwatched it
