Housekeeping is atrociously unacceptable. I do not encourage any allergy sufferers from coming here. I dropped my stockings on the carpet floor... Picked it up and it was completely covered in furry stuff, dirt and a lot of disgusting crap.. Housekeeping just finished "cleaning". I asked for 10 hangars. Twice. Nobody came. We came with 10 suitcases but their trolley had something on it so apparently nobody wanted to move the box from the trolley so we had to move our suitcases up ourselves. My skin was so triggered that it looked burnt. The hotel staff recognised that my allergy went mad and offered me a free coffee and some pastries downstairs. What good would that do? I really suffered in that place. Even my kids who never had allergy issues were itchy throughout the 1 week stay. Hygiene is a serious problem here. Finally the bathroom design is so bad that the water from the shower came out everywhere. We asked housekeeping to leave more floor mats but guess what? They never did it. No surprises there.

The room was so spacious and clean! Very cool vibe and the most comfy king size bed! Loved how easy check in and check out was. Fantastic location! We could walk to Tower Bridge, the Tower of London, and London bridge. Wish we stayed longer!!!! Highly recommend!

Check in wasn't fun, and once we finally got to room it was the wrong one reserved, but kudos to the little gal that just came on shift as she was able to get that squared away. We expected a suite, but that means something a little different in London :) She informed us this was an old bank, converted to a hotel and that's why rooms were a bit odd. Nicely furnished and right across street from the mall area for food and drink, takeout or eat in. I can't remember the name of the pizza place but it was DELISH! No real amenities in hotel to speak of, but the fridge and microwave allowed us to go shopping close by. Plan for at least 1 hour cab ride to get to London proper if doing touristy things, and give yourself a 3 hour window to airport. All in all, we had a decent stay here but when we come back, we'll stay at Club Quarters closer to London proper to make getting around easier.

Great central location for eating, shopping and seeing London. Helpful friendly staff. Easy check-in with a lounge area in reception selling food and refreshments. Room was an adequate size for a city stay with a separate shower room toilet. Coffee machine and kettle provide. Water fountain on each floor to refill your bottle. We would stay again.

I will never hate anything more than near full contactless check in. Removing humans from the process (and not having to pay people) ruins the experience every time. There was one man absolutely busting his butt to do the job of a full front desk staff. It was disgusting - modern slavery. No lobby bathroom - you have to go to the downstairs gym, where you wait in line in the gym. Had to wait for someone to shower so I could use the loo. Anyways, they’re doing anything to cut any cost while charging a fortune. Spend a tad more and go somewhere that isn’t trying to cut every corner. Disgusting and I hate the way they treat their otherwise lovely employees
