Very poor service and rude front office staff (Boby) — deeply disappointed.
We booked a two-night stay at this property specifically because the website states that the rooms have air-conditioning, which I also personally confirmed in advance. I have a medical condition that causes excessive perspiration and a constant feeling of body heat, so AC is not a luxury, it is a necessity for my health.
On the first night, the AC was working as expected.
However, on the second night, the hotel purposely switched off the AC. When I called reception, he (Boby) openly admitted that they had turned it off and told me to “just open the windows.” It was extremely noisy outside, and this made it impossible to rest. We had to call reception several times due to worsening discomfort.
I became genuinely unwell due to the heat and repeatedly requested at least a table fan. The staff member was extremely rude both to me and to my business partner, dismissively saying he could not find any fan. Only after several prompts did he eventually bring a heater fan, which was completely ineffective and inappropriate for the situation. Despite explaining my medical condition and the importance of maintaining a cool environment, he refused outright to switch the AC back on. This experience caused significant distress, and the attitude of the front office staff was unacceptable. With such poor service, lack of empathy, and unprofessional behaviour, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
