Hotel is ideally located close to Victoria Underground, with various amenities. Hotel was very clean, and staff were really friendly. Priyanka was very helpful at check in. We did not use the Restaurant as we are fussy eaters. Only negative which is very minor for our lovely stay, pillows quite uncomfortable, but that wont put me off staying again.

Really nice hotel, ideally located close to Victoria station. Staff are exceptional, from the trainee who checked us in to the bar and breakfast staff. Room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast was excellent. Only quibble is the service charge on already expensive drinks and snacks at the bar.

It’s walkable to Victoria station. Also easy to go to bars/restaurants. We walked to Buckingham palace to see changing of the Guards. I got an upgrade to Studio room with only 20 pounds a night and the room is big and spacious.

Perfect stay to end our holiday

This hotel was a breath of fresh air and just what we needed on day 9 of our European trip. We had already stayed at 2 boutique hotels on this trip - one in another part of London and another in Paris. They had their charm and positives for what they were. But, the Park Plaza was so spacious and inviting, plenty of appointed furniture to spread out, and a shower and tub in the bathroom. Great location close to the Victoria tube station, and the breakfast was varied and tasty. We stayed for 2 nights.

Overall Good Stay, With a Couple of Minor Issues

Overall, the stay was good. Only complaints were the bathroom door didn't latch properly and the air con was weak. Everything else was nice. Really appreciated the rewards for opting for reduced housekeeping. The staff was helpful and the room was surprisingly quiet for a corner room.
