Great location, easy access from Heathrow. However my check-in was delayed which was rough after a red-eye flight. There was also a water leak in the hallway after rain. Talking to staff via app was sometime difficult and but most issues got resolved.

The property is in an ok location. The room is basic but clean and comfortable. They do provide an essentials closet for towels, toilet paper, etc. the luggage storage is useful, if there is space. Definitely recommend to travel light. We had one question and the staff was very friendly and responded quickly.

Overall a decent stay for the price. A few issues did take away from the overall experience - there is absolutely no sound proofing in the room. If you are a light sleeper or like to sleep in, I’d probably suggest elsewhere. The creaking and banging from the level above was almost unbearable. Our hand towel holder broke and the TV didn’t work, both minor issues. The virtual assistant is useless. Otherwise, bed comfort, location, cleanliness, access to the cafe and umbrellas was excellent.

The hotel itself was perfectly reasonable, if a little dispassionate, which is what you expect from these new type of hotels, I suppose. There is no reception and no amenities, and communication with the hotel is largely carried out online. When I spoke to staff on the phone they were perfectly pleasant and when there was a very minor maintenance issue it was resolved swiftly and the maintenance worker was efficient and very polite. The room was air-conditioned, clean and reasonably appointed. The location cannot be faulted, just off Tottenham Court Road, a short walk from the tube. My main issue is that the hotel forced me to upload an image of my passport before check in, with the threat of cancellation, and claimed that I was required by law to do so. There is no such law in the UK which requires hotels to collect passports and they have subsequently admitted this. It feels quite grubby for a company to unnecessarily collect highly persona data and I'm concerned about the extent to which it was safely stored. I certainly would not choose to provide images of my passport to any company given the choice. Let's just hope it was not shared and there were no data leaks!

Convenient location for west end and tube to Heathrow. Room was compact but bed very comfortable and absolutely quiet. Air conditioning was excellent.

SCAM DO NOT BOOK

DO NOT BOOK here. No live support, at check in the scan of my guests passport was not accepted by their bot so no room was provided. There was no live support other than a bot that sent me a bogus link. With a no refund policy Hotels.com support is issuing no refund despite their support team being unable to reach the hotel. I was forced to pay for rooms at a different hotel for the weekend. If I could rate them lower I would. Reported this “hotel” to action fraud UK. This is a scam location that would best be used for nefarious purposes where no one will see you come or go, the code to get in the front door was never provided but we were let in by a guest to attempt to use the website. No security, be warned once you book you are on your own.

Really great location for exploring and a lot of dining options! The lockers were the issue as there were not enough of them for everyone who wanted to leave their luggage, especially on the weekend. The customer service was also rather poor after somebody stole our adapter and the property didn’t take any action although they saw on cameras who did it.

Comfortable but broken booking confirmation system

The stay itself was fine, single room was small and poorly laid out, but clean and a comfortable bed. The major issue was wi check in. I got an email about obtaining a pin, but the link sent me to a site which refused to acknowledge the itinerary #. I emailed the hotel twice and got NO reply. I eventually had to go back to the original booking email and logon to their site and register there which worked. So.. zero points for communication from these folks.

For the price, this central location was great. A couple of tube stops within 5 minutes walking distance. It was a HOT weekend, so the air con in the room was much appreciated and so was the mini fridge.
