I wouldn’t recommend this property for a family as the rooms are very very tiny and there is no space to put suitcases. There is also no fridge in the room which makes it difficult when you are travelling with medications that require it. Overall the staff were nice except for one woman who was very rude when I asked for help with retrieving medications I had stored in the staff fridge. Overall for the money I would go elsewhere if travelling with a family

Hotel with a good value for money, breakfast cheap

The value for money for a hotel of this standard in London was quite good, with very welcoming and accommodating staff. The only improving point is the quality of the breakfast (no scrambled eggs, low-quality industrial products, ...). It would be better to offer a slightly more expensive but better-quality breakfast.

Paddington is a convenient location, underground, bars and restaurants. If you are used to American hotels this will be very small. My room was about $200 per which was the original reason I choose this property. This is my second time staying here so I must think it's good.

Decent hotel in a great location

Lobby is under renovation and the breakfast was more than a bit lacking, but the bed was really comfortable and the bedding was high quality. Also, this hotel is walking distance from Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. Overall a comfortable stay.

Very cramped room - even for London. The bed was very uncomfortable and our backs hurt for hours the next day. We also changed the nights of the stay from M-Tu to a Wed-Th weeks ahead of time, which they eventually allowed — but charged an unreasonably large rate in our opinion.
