We LOVED this hotel! The location was perfect, it's very walkable to major attractions and it's easy to find food close by. The staff are very friendly, they arranged tickets to the Phantom of the Opera for us which was a dream come true for me, London is now extra special to us, we will be back! The room was comfortable, we had no issues at all and the overall vibe felt luxurious without the big price tag. I love Covent Garden area, lots to do and see. I wish we had stayed longer!
