this is a small, value hotel but I was very impressed with the staff - friendly and helpful. The room was small but had everything I needed and, more importantly, was clean and had recently been decorated. I would certainly stay here again. My only criticism was the shower was quite weak.

The room was clean and well-kept. It’s a very basic hotel, but good for the price. We stayed for a week with no issues. It’s a couple doors down from a pub so it may get loud on weekends. It didn’t bother us, but something to keep in mind.

Lovely little budget hotel. No bother at all and they let me park my car early which was a life saver. Beds were clean, toilet was clean. Tv worked and it was super close to the bus stop into central London. We didn't try the food from the sister restaurant but it would have been easy enough to do so if we had wanted to. Would use again

Had to leave £20 cash or my ID to get the key, super noisy inside and outside until about 2am, bed was rock hard and pillows were flat. Felt safe though and had a private bathroom which for the money is probably all you can ask for.

Showers take five minutes for hot water My room was under a staircase and so noisy every time someone went up or down. There was a key hole in my door and the bed was opposite. Great for a peeping Tom, bedroom one. Sorry, won’t be back.

The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful, the room was well appointed, had plenty of natural light and was clean, and all in all, the value (for London) was unbeatable. It's a bit far from some useful transport links, but you get what you pay for, and there are plenty of frequent buses in every direction. You have to reserve the parking in advance because there are few spots, but again, great value for London. Our only issue was the upkeep of the common areas, which had a very unpleasant smell and needed a bit of care and fixing. But everything else was perfectly acceptable.
