Very new hotel that actually feels like you are entering an office. Everything feels brand new. Rooms are large with wonderful shower and bathroom. Reception is run by very young staff but they are excellent. Very helpful and polite. They even bake the pastries for the morning breakfast in reception. Location is almost in the L1 shopping centre, so if you love the shops, this hotel is ideal. Also few mins walk to Liverpool Central station and Lime St station just 5 mins further up the road.

The hotel is very nice and the rooms amazing! LocationI is great location .Staff is very friendly and helpful. The only concern is there is no parking on premises or drop off area at hotel for luggage. It's about a 10 minute walk from parking garage.

The property is nice however you have to park a decent distance and walk with your luggage as the hotel does not have an area to drive up. I was more upset with the bed because the middle was sunken down. It was a larger bed so I didnt notice until I had called to sleep. I had to sleep at the edge. But reconsider as parking was not convenient. I also asked for towels and they forgot. I had to go back down and ask again.

Great hotel in great location. Room was lovely and quiet. Despite following the instructions to reuse towels they were unnecessarily changed every day. I guess this allows them to appear green without being green.
