Travelled to Liverpool for Work and nothing better after a busy and stressful day at work to be able to come back to a hotel where you can relax and Binge on all your favourite series thanks to School lane hotel definitely coming back, amazing location as well !

Hotel was well finished and very clean. Coffee and pastries in reception at breakfast time was a bonus. Was right in the centre of the shopping area and only a few steps for lots of bars, restaurants and entertainment. Very enjoyable stay.

Great hotel but no so goid at reception

The hotel was perfectly located, spotless and the beds were so comfy. We were there for a liverpool match and the receptionist said she would book a taxi for us on thd day of the game(didn't get her name) Day of the came,no sign of taxi,when i rang the taxi company,they didn't receive any booking from School lane Hotel and they were extremely busy.. This really put me off,i mean this was the only time that i had interaction eith the receptionist and she couldn't even do that

We were able to check in early, I had messaged to ask and I got a swift response Check was quick and easy. Staff were lovely, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, fresh towels every day. The coffee and pastries in the morning were perfect.. I will definitely stay again

School lane hotel is a nice hotel. Although the family rooms are very small for 2 adults 2 children no space at all. I feel for the cost £190 per night would have liked abit more space. We have stayed before but I don’t think we will stay again to small for the price.

Great Stay

Reception Staff are very helpful and pleasant to speak to. Cleaners too are lovely and the place is spotless ! All the staff are a credit to the hotel. If I was forced to critique I would say the rooms are pretty basic but they do have everything you need. Lacking the extra detail for a 4 star hotel like a fridge, seating, USBs. Location was perfect and great value for money. Would definitely stay again.

Staff at reception were friendly and helpful. Coffee and pastries in the morning were a bonus. The location was perfect for a mini break in central Liverpool, close to the Liverpool ONE and a short walk to Albert Dock. Our room slept a family of four comfortably and was clean with good amenities. Quiet with nice extra security to have keycard access for each floor. Would recommend.

Entry button was difficult to find first time, but someone at the coffee shop around the corner helped me out. FYI - there is a tiny round button on the panel next to the door to ring the front desk. Might be helpful for the property to explain this to incoming guests!
