Lovely stay

Very central location, about 3 min walk to town centre and about 5 min from the docks. Bed very comfortable and plenty of space and storage in flat. Only thing I would say is if you are there for more than 2 nights take toilet roll as they only leave 2 and they are small rolls, drainage in bathroom smells a bit but the shower is good. We would stay again as it’s location is perfect.

Good….but not excellent.

What a wonderfully placed apartment! Right in the heart of town, with everything I needed right on the doorstep. As I’m from Liverpool I knew that I wanted to spend some time in the city and it was important that the apartment position was right. The problem with that, of course, is the noise. Lots of it too. From sirens, to fights, to bottled smashing, etc. The other issue that that the rooms aren’t air-conditioned and therefore get very warm. The windows don’t open particularly well so it difficult to ventilate the room. It’s a beautiful apartment, but it’s certainly not perfect.

42 Castle Street is very conveniently located and nicely appointed. The bed was large and comfy, and the furniture in the living area was very high quality. The WiFi was quick too. Apart from a slightly wobbly tap in the bathroom, it was ideal.

It would have been good to have working lifts, having to climb the steps up to three flights each time in and out. No notification the lift was out of order. There were quite a few stains on walls, carpets and bedding. Took ages to find the 2nd toilet roll after buying some. The dining table could do with looking at as it was constantly wobbling. The sani-flow system was a constant irration due to the noise it made. Not sure I would stay here again.

The place was lovely but for the price paud I would have expected some breakfast supplies including cereal, bread and milk. This apartment was very modern and spacious andcwe loved it. Thankyou

Super location in the heart of Liverpool! Management was super attentive. Weather was quite hot, so they delivered a fan immediately; elevator wasn't working and that was also fixed immediately! Amenities were quite bare bones.
