Welcoming staff and in house restaurant was very good. Easy access to central Liverpool and the Liverpool Lime Street station. Room was a good size and clean. Only down side is the bed is very soft/jelly-like and difficult to get out of-- especially given we were in an accessible room. Otherwise, great experience!
