The heartwarming hospitality of Suzy and the prime location of this guest house made our Liverpool trip all that more special. She gave us tips of things to do, places to eat, regaled us with stories and made sure we were taken care of. The room was a bit tight and breakfast wasn’t flashy (toast, cereal, OJ, coffee) but all our needs were met. We would love to stay here again soon.

You're staying practically across from Anfield. The energy of the place is like breathing in all the energy of Liverpool. It's an experience staying at this hotel. Especially on Liverpool game days. The treatment and reception are like being in a big family. Words can't describe everything I experienced. The room was very clean and well-structured. For a short stay, it's perfect.

So this is a wierd property to rate. It is a no thrills almost air b n b with an awesome location and kick ass bar. Staff was awesome and super informative about Liverpool. If your looking for a place to crash and catch lfc book it, but if you are looking for a super nice hotel with features go somewhere else. Would definitely go back.
