For Liverpool this hotel is very nice and the location is in a lovely quiet area. Although the room toiletries are made to be eco friendly I found it disappointing that so little options of toiletries were provided.

We found the hotel to be ok. The lobby was nice and check-in smooth. It was a basic hotel room that was clean. The toilet in the shower was something we didn't really like.

It was in a convenient position to the city and the ferry. The only complaint I have is when I booked I picked the room including breakfast and didn’t realise we had to pay extra if we wanted the hot breakfast, that’s never happened to us before which I think should be mentioned when you book.

All was well. Problems with both meals: 1. Dinner - drink and meal was ordered twice after a long wait. 2. Breakfast - 'hot' food was luke warm

Visitor from Australia and this is the second time I’ve stayed here and can’t fault this hotel. It’s a short walk to the city whilst at the same time offers an excellent location by the river. I would recommend this hotel and will be back here again.
