Perfectly reasonable stay. Not many staff at breakfast. Nice to have a pool and gym. Quite noisy as in very busy area and could do with better double glazing. Reception staff very friendly and helpful.

Nosie issue

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The biggest issue was the noise — the soundproofing is virtually non-existent. I stayed on the 2nd floor, and between 11 PM and midnight, when I was trying to sleep, I could clearly hear people talking on the street as if they were right outside my window. It was incredibly disruptive and made it hard to get a good night's rest. If you're a light sleeper or value peace and quiet, I would not recommend this hotel.

We were very lucky to be upgraded at check in to an executive room.... Not sure why we deserved it but were very grateful for a very nice, spacious room. Lovely comfy bed, great shower with toiletries. Great location for walking to bars, restaurants and Liverpool One. Staff were really pleasant on both check in and check out and offered to store our bags if we needed too. Would definitely come back. Thank you for a lovely stay

An overnight business stay but I always stay here when on business in Liverpool. Great location, discounted parking nearby that you can pre-book, swimming pool and gym at hotel and always clean, comfortable and modern

Hope it’s not a hot night!

Only in town for one day for a meeting. Novotel was a good option in a great part of town with a multi storey car park next door. Room was fine. Swimming pool was good and as they use a booking system, never overly busy. One major issue was the air conditioning which was rubbish. A very warm night and windows that hardly open meant we were roasting all night which lead to very little sleep. It’s the only disappointing thing but at the end of the day the most important thing in any hotel is a good nights sleep.
