The pool was cold. Booked half board, 2 adults with 2 children. Had to leave dinner table and argue with Reception staff as the restaurant team claimed there was no evening food allowance for our children, despite booking for all 4, half board. They said this was an "Expedia" problem. I showed them the terms and conditions of our entire booking, and there was nothing about there being no coverage for children. There's also only a £22 allowance per adult when booking half board.

Location is good and we had pre booked parking which is next door. The room was ok - spacious. But the sink didn’t empty which wasn’t great. We used the pool which was quite cold and is quite small so hard to swim once you get a couple of people in. Sauna was cold - wasn’t working - which was disappointing
