Staff very friendly and welcoming especially (Eric) room clean with everything you need including a balcony (room 507) lovely card and balloon added as it was for my husbands birthday. Upon check in the staff were great. Room was great size and very clean. Unfortunately the noise from outside venues near the hotel ruined our stay. Myself and daughter had no sleep due to the constant music blasting until gone 4am.
