The who hotel was spotless. Staff were friendly, bar prices reasonable and breakfast delicious. Coupled with free parking and wifi with views over the water and proximity to the city centre, this was a great place to stay and at a bargain price

Not a luxury hotel but for a reasonable price and excellent place to stay for for an evening. A car park free ( or included in the price) a smashing welcome on signing in and functioning bedroom . Easy walking to the Albert Dock and city centre, or in our case a short walk to a concert at the old brewery

The room was small and a little tired but beds were very comfortable... the staff were all fabulous... very welcoming and friendly.. really good.. good location for M&S arena.. restaurant had a fairly basic menu but really good food and great value... thanks

Didn't check under the beds but Mum did a hotel inspector search every where else (she doesn't get out much). No dust found anywhere. Staff on the front desk were helpful from the start offered to carry any bags upstairs and when Mum said no to a lower ground floor exchange because she lives in a bungalow and wanted to see the view they changed our room for a riverfront one.
