Helpful staff at check in but the sky bar staff were quite rude. Took over 35 mins to receive 4 drinks! A great setting though to see Liverpool from. Hotel room needed a little tlc but was super clean which is the main thing. Didn’t like being woken up by housekeeping at 8.30am when check out wasn’t until 12! Overall a lovely hotel in a great location

Desk staff absolutely spot on, easy check in, room was spot on, definitely worth extra money for the river view watching sunset over wales and the ferry’s leaving. Hotel is 10/10 nicest place in Liverpool I’ve ever stayed by far. Ginos restaurant an ginos sky bar however, not good at all, but this is seperate from the hotel

Lovely hotel, friendly professional staff, clean and tasteful simple classy decor room, great city view. I enjoyed a peaceful nights sleep (not always attainable in other stays in Liverpool). The layout of the room and sink were nice. I unfortunately didn't bring any gym clothes, but that looked a great facility and quiet. I enjoyed visiting the art displays around floor 1. Thanks for the stay.
