This property is at a great location, within the Liverpool One shopping center area. It is very close to the port area, other city attractions, and the Lime Street train station. We can cook simple meals with everything provided in the kitchen. We were also allowed to check-in early due to a injury my husband suffered right before our trip. The staff is very helpful and considerate.

Property is in a great position for the Albert dock, excellent underground parking. Apartment was very clean & tidy. We were upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment & the bedrooms were a good size with good size beds, 1 room was en-suite

Booked for a night in Liverpool and happily would have stayed for another night. Fab location, very comfortable apartments with everything you need and the staff were really friendly.

The property was really good and in an excellent location. Easy to find and if you’re doing touristy stuff , spot on. It provided everything I would have expected. However, we were without hot water for the first morning of our stay, so we were unable to shower etc. the on site staff initially suggested I should just ‘push a boost button’ which I dutifully did, but an hour later there was still no hot water. Eventually they agreed to send maintenance who told us the ‘boost’ button is not an option any more because of the way the timers are set up. They went on to reset the whole system and advised we should have hot water within a few hours. We wasted a morning as a consequence as I had to push for somewhere for us to shower in the mean time. A different room was offered for showering only. Fortunately when we returned later in the day we did have hot water.
