The refrigerator was not working, dripping water and spilling onto the carpet. We needed a working refrigerator due to our medication. so the staff moved us in another room two doors down. Once we got settled in, the toilet was not working cause the handle broke in the toilet tank, so we had to manually flush then the phone wasn’t working to contact the staff. I had to use my personal cell to call the front staff who actually put me on hold the first time that I called, so after being on hold for 5-10 mins, I had to call back to report the toilet issue. On top of everything else, the cards for the rooms were not working. The staff actually had to let us in the room. It was pathetic, never want to stay there again. I have never had so many issues with staying overnight at a hotel.

Good breakfast, nice rooms. The pool was great, but didn’t open until 9am, which is late when you have kids. Another minor point: the only soap in the bathroom was in a dispenser mounted on the wall. My youngest kid had to stand on the toilet to get soap to wash hands properly.
