Great experience!
Loved the experience! I was there six days and it was a pleasure to walk into the hotel to be greeted with a high level professionalism from the front desk & valet. Our room was very clean, and the hotel was immaculate. We were very pleased. The only issue I had was the pillows. I requested for firmer pillows and they were soft and very uncomfortable. Otherwise, 5/5 experience!

I have been taking my winter vacation at Fairmont Macdonald since 2018. I fell in love with the beautiful hotel and the lovely riverbank walks. The staff at the Gold level were very hospitable. I forgot the name of one of the staff there (he wears a grey suit), but he makes me feel completely at home and extremely nice. Also, a tall housekeeping staff servicing rooms for nightly turnover service was wonderful in bringing ice and water for me. I want to acknowledge both of them here. Next time, I will make sure I get their names.
