In town to visit a friend in hospice and got in late. I feel saying that breakfast is offered is false advertising since it is just snack bars and help yourself coffee. Asked for late check out and got the ok. Was just double checking everything to make sure we didn’t forget anything when the housekeeper came to the room at 11:59am and said if you don’t return your keys by noon, you’ll automatically be get charged a late fee and there’s nothing that staff can do to prevent this This was not mentioned when I asked for a late checkout and either at check-in maybe even an extra day desk at checkin helpful

We didn’t stay the second night, room smelled like urine, bed was very uncomfortable, my wife and I were awake most of the night, this will be the last time we use Expedia, asked for a refund but received nothing.

Room was old and dirty. This place needs updated. Carpet was ripped. The flooring in bathroom was peeling away from bathtub. Tub was dirty and refrigerator had mold or rust half way up from bottom.

The staff were amazing but that was the dirtiest hotel I ever seen. I would never stay there again. The only good thing about it are the employees but that place gave me nausea, there was hair everywhere and it looks like nobody cleans that hotel. Even the blankets were dirty!!!! DO NOT STAY THERE !

The staff was incredibly professional & courteous. Room was very clean , no musty smell. It’s a wonderful location. Owners should do an extreme make over though, everything is old. The amazing staff made it all worthwhile.

This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. The only positive was the friendly greeting from the employees upon arrival. The hotel is in serious need of major repairs and upgrades. Our room had a strong mildew smell that was overwhelming. The refrigerator did not keep our food cold, and the microwave would burn our food instead of heating it properly. We complained to the front desk and were told it would be “written down.” No one offered to change our room. We were instructed to come back in the morning to speak with a manager, which we did. At that time, we were told the hotel was overbooked and were handed a can of spray as a solution — completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, my brother arrived late (after 11:00 PM) for a business meeting and we were unaware that the front desk closes at 11:00 PM. Guests are expected to use an after-hours phone, but no one answered. We also called the hotel office number from our cell phones repeatedly for at least 40–45 minutes, with no response. I would absolutely not stay at this hotel again and will warn anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere. I have never had an experience like this before.

There’s no nice way to say this place is just gross!! Our room had chewed corners from previous dogs. The shower head was subpar because it sprayed everywhere but on me, water pressure was awful, and the “hot” water wasn’t even close to hot. The burners on the stove were completely rusted out - though I didn’t use them - I wouldn’t have felt safe to use them. The price I paid was nowhere near what it was worth. I paid $100 more than I should have. Never again.
