The rooms remodeling was incomplete and the lighting very poor. It was a small room with only one chair. I would expect a double queen to be larger.

The first room we were given, the floor was filthy. The sink had a fist sized crack in it. The shower had what looked like blood in it and the room had a odor. We asked for a different room, as we entered the door handle fell off the door. The third room had a large hole in the wall but the floor and shower looked clean and we needed to sleep. Safe to say we will never stay there again.

The hotel was very dirty, I had to change my room at 9:30 in the evening due to the front desk putting me in someone’s room. Another night at 10:45 my smoke alarm went off and the front desk didn’t get it resolved until after midnight

Not the best best western

The hotel is in need of maintenance everywhere. Scuffed doors and furniture, terrible odor in hallway, also the sitting area in the back is unkept. Chair fabric falling apart. Someone will end up falling through one of them. No blow dryer in my room and not to be found in the hotel.

this hotel was very run down and dirty. dripping shower, mold in shower, paint chip flakes on floors every where. wall paintings hanging off wall...tears in carpet, elevator had gum in vents. The pictures on line are totally NOT what the hotel looks like inside or outside. I thought I had the wrong hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful though.

Needs a lot of work

The staff were all very nice and as accommodating as they could be. I stopped at the front desk to let them know the smoke detector wasn’t on the wall and the bath tub faucet won’t turn off. An employee came up to install a smoke detector but couldn’t fix the running faucet because he didn’t have the parts. Like I said the staff was very nice but management must not care about the hotel. Also the elevator was making a lot of noise, kind of scary and we were on the 4th floor.
