Lovely boutique, hotel, walking distance from beautiful Laguna Beach. Quaint and peaceful, decorated in minimalist surfer chic. Free of televisions, telephones, only the vintage record player and vinyl selection to enhance your stay. Lovely little place with nice added extras but very over priced for what it was. We felt like everything was about money and the free breakfast they advertise wasn’t that great and had hidden charges. Staff were very friendly but felt like they were constantly wanting you to purchase over priced drinks when laid round the pool.

Beautiful and clean property and overall pretty good experience for a couple of nights. Our mattress was not very comfortable and likely needed to be replaced. It dipped in some parts. The pool was cold and definitely was not at 90 (nor even 80 or 70 degrees) temperature as advertised. More likely the pool temperature was in the 60s. Short walk to lovely Shaw’s Cove but there are limited spots to set your things up and it was very crowded.

The property is amazing! Everything is in the details. It’s super clean, peaceful, the pool is awesome, view is great, decor is INCREDIBLE, loved the record player and LPs in the room. Love the movies, the taffy in the jars, the staff are so sweet, positive and lovely. The food is also really great. The only thing is check in is at 4pm which is a little late IMO.
