This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. Check-in said 3p.m. We arrived at 4:45 with 4 kids and one of our two rooms wasn’t ready. We had to drive around another 30 mins for them to supposedly clean the second room. While checking in, the employee was yellIng at an old man who just wanted towels for his room, since it wasn’t cleaned in the morning. When the old man left, the employee said he hates people like that, while using profanity to describe him. Worst customer service ever. The hotel is run by kids who hate their jobs and are visibly miserable. When we finally got in to the room, it smelled like it was cleaned with a dirty mop. It was horrible. I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here. The staff is untrained, unhappy and really doesn’t care about their customers. And the rooms are old, dirty and smell.

The receptionist is very professional and welcoming I call to let him know that I will be late check in I arrived at 10 am and ask favor if I can check out at 12 noon without any comment he say yes and he noted check our at 12 N and he gave me a room that I requested Most of the hotel we check in if ask extension to 12 n the answer call at 11 am and might charge for the extra 1 hour. Now I will stay with your place.

Wonderful overnight stay. Beautifully kept grounds with lots of glorious vegetation. Beautiful spa, pool and exercise area. Nice that the pool and spa open til 11 pm. Very nice person at reception. Great breakfast with home cooked eggs and bacon. Would definitely stay again !!

The breakfast was great, more than I expected! The staff was great and accommodating. They did run out of towels for the pool & hot tub and also ran out of extra sheets and blankets when I ask for more. But the other than that it was a nice place to stay, and the location is excellent and close to all kinds of restaurants, shopping centers, and freeway access!
