This was a great location because my husband was in Saddleback hospital. It was a clean room and very quiet. The staff was nice and accommodating. I would recommend, especially if you have a loved one in the Saddleback Hospital. It’s great for piece of mind!!

The room had an odor, not a good one. The coffee pot would not heat the water. It was not replaced after I was told it would be. We requested maid service after the second night, no new coffee was left, and we found an open safety pin in the new sheets. The parking lot is a very tight squeeze, if anyone is parked at an angle it is almost impossible to park. I will not stay here again.

The floor (carpet) in our room was soaking wet. There was no shower curtain. The "blanket" /quilt was as worn and thin as a sheet. The area is nice but these were serious enough to mention
