Very Shady feeling creepers hanging out in the parking lots everywhere in their cars in the parking lots. Smelly rooms. Coffee is horrible. Skip Laguna Woods Ayres and go to the one in Mission Viejo. Leaps and bounds better. Very unfriendly and dont really care about their customers unless they are old and I’m 55 plus.

My husband and I were in room 114, which was lovely with a comfortable bed. The only problem with the room is that every time the outside exit door would close it was extremely loud in our room, due to a shared wall. I would not recommend that room for that reason. The breakfast was extensive, with omelettes, cereal, and fruit offered, along with tea and coffee. We wished that there were some gluten-free bread options, but we should’ve known and brought our own, along with alternative milk because of lactose intolerance. The hotel is in a very nice location in Aliso Hills. Overall, a good day. Very friendly front desk, people.

The Ayres hotel is a convenient option for my visitors when they come into the area. The proximity to the shopping center nearby is a plus and they rave about the breakfast offerings. The hotel has a Spanish style and is clean and the staff are great!
