The staff were really friendly, the rooms were kept really clean! Check in was easy and fast, we were sad the water slides were only open on the weekends, my boys were really excited to ride on the water slides but they didn’t get a chance. Apart from that, we rented a electric car and we were happy to find out there were charging stations for our car, but no!!! If we wanted to use the charging stations we had to change our parking from self parking to valet parking and pay $35 , there was no way for us to use the charging stations since they were located on the valet parking only. Really disappointing, but we will definitely stay in that hotel again! It was clean and family friendly. Oh and I can’t forget! If you want to buy water bottles, go to a grocery store and buy a pack! If you get water bottles at the little market they have in the hotel it’s $7 for each bottle.

Staff is super friendly engaging and professional. Did not care for parking fee but I know it’s part of Orange County. Bar area was really chill , loved the outdoor fire pit. Service from Michael and Christina was off the hook amazing! They raised the bar to hire standard. Thank you for the excellent service!
