The hotel had no power until 7:30 tonight, so check in was tough for the staff.

They let the guests know on Saturday that the power would be out most of the day on Sunday, they shut the power off at 9AM and it was not restored until 7:10PM that evening. The hotel did not offer any refunds to the guests for the major inconvenience. Sadly this will be the last time I stay at this property.

Not their fault, but still

Hotel was experiencing a power outage when I checked in which meant I had to get dressed for a function in the dark with no AC. When I returned to the room later, the power was on but the room was 80 degrees. I couldn’t sleep and tossed and turned all night before it finally got cold enough to sleep. Worst stay at an embassy suites ever

This hotel is very nice and clean. The bed is uncomfortable, my husband and I sank in the bed and it was not able to move without sitting up first. The bathtub had a very strong rubber smell. Other than the hotel is really nice.

Poor: old, worn room, saggy mattress

Pretty bad. Old, worn, tiny, cramped room, saggy mattress, AC struggled to cool the room. Will not choose this hotel again.
