We called for a refund and once we entered the room the bathroom was not good at all. There was no privacy for the bathroom door. It was a sliding door and we weren’t comfortable using that because we have an elderly person with us too. We asked for a refund and the property said they can’t give it to us because we used the hotel when we didn’t even use it. We just went in looked inside and came back out. The service was very terrible. They didn’t even want to give a refund at all when we requested so many times. Very bad service

Close to airport. Parking fee of $28 a night, and exiting and entering not very convenient. Staff was kind, couldn’t teach housekeeping via phone to order extra pillows and had to walk down to front desk. Pillows never got delivered to room.
