The first room they gave me had a smell of dog and urine and the second one is a little better but it still smelled a little bad just because we were so tired we stayed but at the amount they charge I don't recommend it and I would never stay there again it is rated with numbering 8 I would give it a 3 and apart from cobra. parking 24 dollars a night

After waiting for 20min for the receptionist to figure out how to book a room and give us the key, we opened the door of room and quickly decided to leave. Didn’t even stayed for 5min, too old, run down and smelly. The smell is just awful and didn’t think there is a place like this in Irvine

Just Average. Pool area needed cleaning, a lot of trash left around cabanas and tables. Carpets in room need to at least be cleaned and probably replaced. Wood floors were sticky.

When we arrived at our room, there was a massive cockroach right inside the entryway. It was on its back but still alive. The patio door was unlocked and there was trash outside. The front desk relocated us to another ground floor room, where there was again trash on the balcony as well as the stub of a pre-roll. We had to call multiple times to get coffee cups sent to the room. We tried going to the front desk ourselves but they didn’t have cups and told us to call from the room to have housekeeping bring them over (not sure why the front desk didn’t just call them). We waited fifteen minutes before trying again. We were not given lids—no big deal but a little annoying. Similarly, at the pool there were no towels. We went and asked the front desk for towels. They told us they would send them out. Fifteen minutes later no towels so we went to ask if we could just get a couple from the front desk, but they didn’t have any. They called for towels again, which got to the pool fifteen more minutes later. This was mid Sunday morning, when we were in a hurry to wrap up swimming and check out. They told us the towels would be there right away both times so we sat on the chairs freezing rather than staying in the pool. The front desk staff was very hit or miss as far as being friendly. The property itself was fairly unkempt. Pool was murky. Carpets were not very clean in the hallways. Lots of trash in planter beds. Very rowdy in the evening. Balcony chairs were uncomfortable.

Find another hotel- Trust!
Hotel is outdated, popcorn still on ceiling, once you walk in the room hallways, it’s musty and smelly. Avoid Room 151 if you want to get some sleep . We had 2 nights reservation slept horrible as room is right next to exit door with broken arm suspension so every time it shuts it slams hard and loud. Woke up at 4 am to all the noise could not sleep what so ever. Finally about 7am I sent about 3 hours total. I went to the front desk first thing and the would not accommodate to a room exchange. Marisa at the front desk needs retraining, not waiting to help saying all rooms are booked but yet when I went online it shows available rooms to make reservation. She blamed the guest that she has no control how the slam doors. I told her the door needs to be fixed and said she will have maintenance fixed. Once we got back from lunch The second night, I checked online to see if rooms where available and yes rooms available so then I calll to request for a room Change and would not accommodate per Marisa there was no Available rooms again and the doors was fixed. Same thing we where woken up by the stupid door 2-3 Am so we just said screw this and checked out at 4 in morning. Horrible service host Marisa.

Property needs to be updated. The room and hallway had a strange odor. The popcorn ceiling needs to be replaced. The TV service is poor and the air conditioning had a hard time keeping the room cool in the afternoon. Parking was limited and very confusing and was an extra $24 per night. I would not stay here again

We just stayed there and honestly would not recommend. Our room was not clean when we received it. There were open beer cans from a prior guest under the beds and hair in the shower walls and on the beds. No control remote for the TV until I called and asked for one. No mini fridge or microwave in the rooms. Staff were not friendly or welcoming and the check in process is quite long. Overall, wouldn’t want to stay there again.

The optional parking at $24.00 isnt optional since there is absolutely zero parking anywhere near this hotel. The hotel including inside the rooms have a horrible mildew smell. Mattresses are like futon mattreses on plywood frames which you sir on and the mattress slides. Watch out for cockroaches not the little ones either the very large nor afraid you type. Came down for basketball tournament. With the chaege of 24 a night to park should have stayed across the way at the Hilton for technically the same price.

The whole place smelled terrible. The facility was out dated by 40 years. It may the the cheapest place, but you will not be happy when you get there. Ugg!
