The staff was helpful, welcoming, and efficient. They were also very polite. I had a great time, and I loved the facility there. It's very convenient distance everywhere and the parking is nicely formatted as well.

We got the room for the pool and shuttle. The pool was closed and the shuttle didn’t run until 8 am. A lot of people need to get to the airport before 8:15.

The front desk was friendly enough, the room and overall hotel is clean. The room service was fast and delicious! The room has no bad odor and the temp is easy to control. I feel safe here and in case you’re a traveler, the location is very close to the SNA airport. I would stay here again.
