Room had a funky smell, key kept deactivating even though I kept it away from my phone like instructed. Breakfast doesn’t start until 7 (later than most places). Went to leave at 6 am and the elevator was broken. Is next door to two restaurants, and across the street from a gas station/ convenient store that had lovely workers.

We stayed in a 3rd floor room. When we arrived around 11pm, front desk staff did their job, but without a smile. Issued two key cards. One worked. One did not. The elevator door didn’t fully open and let us out into an unlit exterior walkway. The room was okay - your basic mediocre room. A day after our arrival, bathroom light over sink/vanity began flickering. It then went out the next day. No one came to fix it so we had no light. This happened over the holidays so we didn’t press the matter, we just made do! We had to ask for a replacement key card. It did not work. Perhaps the key cards weren’t working because the door didn’t close/lock properly. The hotel is in a convenient location and provides the basics. A few smiles and some light around the property would go a long way to making someone’s stay more pleasant.
