The staff were friendly and provided good customer service, which I appreciated. However, the overall stay was extremely uncomfortable. The room did not have a microwave, requiring me to go to the lobby to use one, which was highly inconvenient. The room 410 had very poor sound insulation — I could clearly hear every footstep from guests upstairs, as well as housekeeping noise before bedtime and early in the morning. As a result, I was unable to get proper rest. Given these issues, the price paid was not worth the stay. This level of noise, inconvenience, and lack of basic in-room amenities is unacceptable.

Nice visit.

Room clean but old needs to be remodeled. Had temporary air unit. Didn’t feel real safe with the entry doors. Sliding glass door easily Jimmy with a screwdriver. Staff was great. Nice beach view.
