This is next to a train which ran through the night. It is next to a busy road. The refrigerator is in the bathroom. Extra pillows are stored in bathroom. Room smelled moldy. Staff was rarely at desk. While the beach is across the street, there is road and train in between and could not see beach from our room or the breakfast area. Saving note - Breakfast was great. There is a hot tub, but it is odd that anyone from street could come up and get in hot tub. Also, had to pay for parking.

We had a large group and the suite was generously sized with room for everyone. The room was clean and well appointed. The refrigerator, stove, and microwave made it easy to store, prepare and enjoy our food. It was nice to have a balcony with seating to enjoy our direct view of the beach. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Our stay was very enjoyable overall.

Pictures are deceiving

The places has not sound proof ceiling or walls, you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms or upstairs rooms. Air filters are filthy full of dust, the AC thermostats don't work. The breakfast was not continental and very poor on choices. Mario the front desk attendant was very understanding and accommodated us to another room, but still you can hear everything. This was a business trip.

Our room was way too small. The bed was so close to the window and curtain. There were three long dark hairs in the bed. The bed only has three pillows. Why not four when two guests were staying? My goal was to rest and not spend too much time out. But the room was so tiny I had not desire to be in it. There was one little chair to sit in and two of us. Also the pool was so small we didn’t bother with that either. If you are there to be busy and spend no time in the room then I guess it would be fine. But we had hoped to have a restful weekend in.

Spacious room and balcony with nice side view of ocean. Comfortable bed and good sheets. Towels were rather small. Convenient location across from ocean. Downsides: Spa jacuzzi was not heated. Intermittent generator/compressor noise all night long. Very basic continental breakfast with no non sugared protein.

My boss was taking clients and the rooms were old and not as presented online. He was embarrassed to say the least. We were not provided a refund from management. My boss had his two clients pack up and they went to stay at another hotel.
