Had a water leak spraying from the shower that soaked the ceiling and floor around it. The sldijng glass door that lead to the dining area didn’t close properly and was not secure. Room 126 for reference.

The a staff was very friendly, the room was quite small but okay if you're in and out. Unfortunately, the bed and noise was terrible. Probably the worst sleep I've had in years. The bed was stiff and uncomfortable and there was a loud banging noise that would go off and shake the entire room every 30-45 mins. Not sure what it was but it happened the entire night.

Strange odor and sticky surfaces, otherwise great.

The floor and dining table were both extremely sticky. There was a strong odor in the hotel room. We tried to cover the table with the placemats so we could eat there and the placemats were dirty. Otherwise, the staff was extremely pleasant and attentive, bed was very comfortable. Shower was great. Nice balcony. Nice little kitchenette. Very large rooms.

This is a timeshare and not a condo as advertised by Expedia. Nothing fancy or special. Rooms clean. Check in was efficient. Did not appreciate additional parking fee of $25 that expedia does not disclose. Easy on/off freeway.

This is a nice hotel. They need to pull out the carpets as they give the rooms a musky smell. The table in our room was so wobbly it was unsafe. I wonder why it is still in the room.

We liked our room very much. We never could get the remote for tv to work properly even after maintenance said they fixed it, but other than that it was lovely. The best part of our stay was eating at Riviera restaurant onsite. The best authentic Mexican food we’ve ever had!! Totally worth our long journey just to have this wonderful food and meet the chef, who actually came by our table to see how we liked our meal. We would absolutely stay here again!

I stayed at the property to work four miles away. It was convenient and comfortable. I was furious to receive an email AFTER I had made a non-refundable reservation telling me that when I arrived at the property I would be charged $25 PER DAY for parking! I only came and went one time a day and there were numerous places to stay in the area that did not charge anything at all for parking. I would not have booked had I known about the parking fee. As I said, I was there for work and didn't require much. I worked 12 hour shifts and only needed a comfortable place to sleep. If I were booking a family vacation I would certainly recommend this property but, I would disclose the parking fee on the booking website which stated that the only fees I would pay upon arrival was a $100 deposit. I learned my lesson the hard way.

This place is awesome!! There are so many things to do right on the property. Our kids had an absolute blast. The staff were very, very friendly. Rooms are spacious and the balcony was huge! Will definitely stay here again.

Property location was convenient, easy walk to the beach. The suites do have ants left some Crumbl cookies in the counter top 10 mins later the box was FULL of ants. I did mention this to front desk and showed pictures I guess they were going to discount the "hidden fees" most-likely won't be returning.
